Eman Malik is a Legal Assistant at WhatAboutLaw PC, where she supports the firm’s growing practice in family law and immigration matters with diligence, empathy, and professionalism. Known for her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Eman plays a key role in preparing legal documents, managing case files, and ensuring seamless communication with clients.

Eman holds a Paralegal Diploma and is currently preparing for the Paralegal Licensing Exam with the Law Society of Ontario. Her academic background includes a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Waterloo, providing her with a solid foundation in both Canadian and international legal principles.

At the firm, Eman’s responsibilities include preparing court forms, drafting affidavits and demand letters, and conducting legal research to support complex legal matters. She is passionate about making the legal process more understandable and accessible, and is deeply committed to client care.

Fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, Eman brings cultural sensitivity and multilingual communication skills to her role, helping clients from diverse backgrounds feel informed, supported, and respected throughout their legal journey.
